About Eldredge Credit Accounts
With an Eldredge Credit Account, you can take advantage of all our locations
Billing and Payments
Our billing period ends on the 15th of each month. Statements will be mailed on or around the 16th of the month. Payments are due by the 10th of the following month.
Online Accounts
For existing accounts, Eldredge Lumber offers online information for viewing statements, printing invoices and payment balance inquiries. [NOTE: Payments can not be made online]
Within 3 days of our statement month-end, the customer will receive their statement via email. If you are interested in an online account, please contact Leanne Jenkins and put “online account” in the subject field.
Completing the Application
Pick up or download the appropriate application form (Commercial, Consumer or Cash Sales). Please be sure your application is filled out in its entirety so as not to delay the process or risk refusal.
If you provide an email address on your application, you will automatically be set up with an online account (see above). If you do not wish to have an online account, please do not provide an email address when completing your application.
Sending in Your Application
You can drop off your application at our stores of fax it to 207-363-0949.
What to Expect
Processing the application usually takes only a few days. Upon completion, the applicant will be contacted by our office as to whether or not an account has been opened.
Our accounts are for the convenience of our customers and contractors. These accounts are not revolving. Payment is due in full on the 10th of each month following the billing statement.
